Rice noodles are one of the most familiar foods in Vietnamese cuisine and are increasingly enjoyed by consumers around the world. Beyond traditional rice noodle soup, dried rice noodles can be used in a variety of dishes, including stir-fried rice noodles, mixed rice noodle dishes, and hotpot.
With the advantages of easy storage, convenient transportation, and quick preparation, Ba Nhat Dried Rice Noodles are suitable for households, restaurants, foodservice businesses, and food distribution networks.
Ba Nhat Dried Rice Noodles Are Produced Through a Well-Controlled Process
To ensure consistent product quality, every stage of production – from raw material selection and flour preparation to sheet steaming, noodle cutting, drying, and packaging – is carefully controlled.
Ba Nhat Dried Rice Noodles are manufactured directly at our factory in Hung Yen, Vietnam, using oil-free sheet steaming technology and an all-electric drying system. The oil-free process helps preserve the product’s natural aroma without an unpleasant rancid oil odor, while the electric drying system enables better control over the drying process, reduces dependence on weather conditions, and helps maintain consistent quality across production batches.
With a production capacity of 150-200 tons per month, Ba Nhat is capable of handling large-volume orders while maintaining a stable supply. Our production process is managed in accordance with ISO 22000, supported by HALAL certification and GACC registration, serving both domestic distribution and export markets.

Ba Nhat Dried Rice Noodles Can Be Prepared in Many Delicious Ways
Ba Nhat Dried Rice Noodles can be used for noodle soups, stir-fried rice noodles, mixed rice noodle dishes, and hotpot. One of their key advantages is the quick cooking time – the noodles can be ready in just 20-30 seconds in boiling broth or water.
Rice Noodle Soup: Add the dried rice noodles directly to boiling broth and cook briefly until softened. Transfer the noodles to a bowl, add beef, chicken, herbs, or other preferred ingredients, then pour over the hot broth and serve.
Stir-Fried or Mixed Rice Noodles: Blanch the noodles in boiling water until softened, then drain. For stir-fried dishes, quickly stir-fry the noodles with meat, seafood, vegetables, and other prepared ingredients. For mixed dishes, combine the blanched noodles with your preferred ingredients and sauce.
Hotpot: Add the dried rice noodles directly to the boiling hotpot broth. Cook briefly until softened and enjoy immediately with the broth and other ingredients.
