Ba Nhat Food Manufacturing and Trading Co., Ltd. traces its origins back to a small dried food retail store established in the 1990s. Through many years of experience in the dried food business, the founders recognized the growing importance of food quality and food safety, which had become essential concerns in every Vietnamese family's daily life and an increasingly important factor in protecting consumer health as society continued to develop.
Driven by a passion for producing safe, high-quality food and a strong desire to contribute to the well-being of Vietnamese consumers, the founders began producing rice-, wheat-, and canna starch-based food products through a small-scale manufacturing facility. Their vision was to establish higher standards for food quality while delivering products that are both safe and reliable. This small production facility laid the foundation for what would later become Ba Nhat Food.
2011 – Official Establishment
On May 1, 2011, Ba Nhat Private Enterprise for Food Manufacturing, Processing and Trading was officially established with an initial production capacity of 15 tons of finished products per month, supported by a team of five employees operating in a 1,000 m² production facility.
2013 – Transformation into a Limited Liability Company
On October 24, 2013, the company was officially restructured as Ba Nhat Food Manufacturing and Trading Co., Ltd. under the approval of the Hung Yen Department of Planning and Investment.
The company was granted Business Registration & Tax Code No. 0900867490, with an initial charter capital of VND 1.8 billion. The manufacturing facility is located in the Clean Industrial Cluster, Tan Tien Commune, Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province, Vietnam.
Investing in Modern Manufacturing
As globalization accelerated and international markets demanded higher product quality, Ba Nhat made a significant investment of VND 3.5 billion in a modern production line. This investment enabled the company to improve manufacturing efficiency, enhance product quality, and meet increasingly stringent domestic and international food standards.
2016 – Expansion and Sustainable Growth
On April 13, 2016, the company increased its charter capital to VND 4.8 billion through additional investment from shareholders and members.
This milestone marked a new stage of development, with the expansion of the manufacturing facility to 4,400 m² and the establishment of a larger, dynamic, and highly dedicated workforce. The expansion significantly strengthened Ba Nhat's production capacity and laid the foundation for the company's long-term growth in both domestic and international markets.
Today, Ba Nhat continues to invest in modern manufacturing technology, quality management systems, and product innovation. The company has become a trusted Vietnamese manufacturer of rice-based food products, supplying both the domestic market and export partners worldwide through stable production capacity, international certifications, and flexible OEM/ODM manufacturing solutions.
